The Gender Inclusion Network wouldn’t be possible without the dedication of our volunteer team. These individuals may have different careers and backgrounds, but they have two things in common: a career in the industry and a passion for achieving equality for all, regardless of gender.

I work for Swiss Re as Vice President of P&C Business Management, focusing on Claims and Solutions. I have seen a varied spread of cultures across the insurance market and I am passionate about promoting the equality of women, in what is still predominantly a male-dominated industry. I believe that all businesses should be putting diversity and inclusion at the top of their agendas and, that if we all work together to promote this cause, there is no limit to what can be achieved. I am particularly interested in the education and support of the younger generation who will enter our market.

I work in claims in Insurance, and have done for the last 10 years. During this time I have seen the industry change and innovate products to keep up with customer demand. I believe we can use the same approach to challenge the status quo in our working environment.

I want to support GIN as I am passionate about helping to build a more inclusive environment not only for my peers, but also the younger people who will come after me.
