iCan
iCAN is the Insurance Cultural Awareness Network. We are the industry wide independent network that supports multicultural inclusion across the insurance sector. Our mission is to promote multicultural inclusion and progression, engage with allies, and celebrate the benefits of inclusion and diversity in the insurance sector. Our role is to be an influential network which advises and supports multicultural inclusion and diversity within the insurance sector
Inclusion@Lloyds
Inclusion@Lloyd’s is a governing body comprised of a group of senior executives representing the companies and membership organisations within Lloyd’s and the wider insurance market. Inclusion@Lloyd’s’ mission is to help build more inclusive workplace cultures across insurance.
Insurance Families Network
The Insurance Families Network (IFN) The IFN are a volunteer led network founded in 2018, with the aim of making the London Insurance Market a family friendly place to work. It’s steering committee consists of members from organisations and suppliers across the market, including brokers, insurers, and legal and recruitment firms. The IFN connects and supports working parents and carers, raises awareness of current issues, and promotes best practice in the area of family friendly policies. The IFN helps organisations to create a truly inclusive working environment.
Link | The LBGT+ Insurance Network
Link is a professional network for members of the LGBT+ community and their allies who work in the insurance sector. Link’s mission is to create and maintain workplaces that attract and retain the best LGBT+ talent to the insurance industry. Link works towards this goal through a lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender lens, while being inclusive of all types of diversity.
NGIN
NGIN’s mission is to empower the next generation to shape the world they live in.
NGIN offers professionals in the insurance industry who consider themselves to be the next generation of leaders the chance to develop the key skills they need for a fulfilling career in insurance. NGIN connects people across the whole insurance industry through a range of different events and activities.

iDAWN’s mission is to help people thrive by providing a support network for mental ill health and disability within the insurance sector. Its focus is on promoting wellbeing and proactive personal resilience, encouraging open discussions about how to improve mental health and disability inclusion.

Mediorite
Mediorite is a social enterprise production company that creates films for independent businesses all the way up to global brands. Our client jobs help us generate paid work for young people from London’s most deprived boroughs and secure employment and placements at Sky, the BBC, MTV, Secret Cinema, Wieden & Kennedy and Mother.
GIN and Mediorite work together on projects that help to challenge gender norms and strive to create an insurance industry that is more inclusive for all.
