Creating an inclusive insurance industry for all, regardless of gender.

The Gender Inclusion Network, affectionately known as GIN, is an insurance industry network aiming to achieve gender balance for all.

We use our position in the industry to offer insightful events, informative content and inspiring access to advocates, allies and mentors who work hard to promote inclusion.

We made the shortlist!

We are delighted to be shortlisted for the ‘Gender Inclusion Network of the Year’ at the Women in Insurance Awards.

Here at GIN we are passionate about harnessing a Gender Inclusive culture within the industry and are thrilled to be recognised for our work, alongside many other amazing Networks.

We would like to thank our members for their ongoing support and our GIN committee who all contribute to driving change. We wish the best of luck to all other Networks nominated.

We need to talk about the menopause…

GIN want to challenge and change the way we talk about the menopause so that those experiencing symptoms can feel supported. Get in touch to submit your own suggested reading, stories or resource for consideration.

You can also get in touch to make suggestions about future events that GIN could support as part of its commitment to changing the conversation

Join us at our next event

Throughout the year we deliver a number of events, offering valuable insights and the opportunity to hear from inspirational advocates, allies and mentors. Our events are designed to foster learning and networking, and empower attendees to take positive action in improving gender balance in our industry.

“The Gender Inclusion Network is a place for people to come together in their mission to make the insurance industry more inclusive for all genders.”

Let’s make the insurance industry more inclusive for all
